This website is a product of the RM3 Consulting team's commitment to sharing expert skills and other resources that help you better understand, measure and analyze, report on, and – most importantly – optimize the social impact of your projects.

These resources are drawn from real-world projects (whether funded by international development funds, government, private foundations, individuals and communities, or corporates) that meet donor- and other entity-specific requirements as well as general M&E and related results communications standards.
So you can be confident that they’re based on international good/‘best’ practice.
But while checking all the classic boxes is all well and good, the potential of M&E is so much bigger than that. We're all about providing you with tips, tools, advice, and coaching aimed at helping you maximize your project's positive social impact through monitoring and evaluation (M&E) that is:
- robust (read: meets international and local good practice; demonstrates accountability not only to the donor but also to the people that your project serves; is structured around a comprehensive and cohesive M&E framework; is well-tailored to the sector in which the initiative/project operates and its operating modalities; consistently tracks learning and apply lessons to follow-on implementation);
- practical (read: minimal burden and headache; appropriately flexible and adaptable; relevant to your project’s particular context; improves the credibility and coherence of related external communications); and
- transformative (read: considers non-classic ‘ways of knowing’; not only takes systems into account but, where necessary, also interrogates those systems; is Life-affirming)!
The resources offered on this website and through our services are aimed at acknowledging the power you hold in your hands (and saving you time and money!) to effectively measure and optimize the impact of your project on people and the planet as autonomously as possible. Because ultimately you and your project’s collaborators are best placed for this – so really we're only here to unlock your own inner wisdom to maximize the positive impact that you're creating in the world.
